Damian Cavaleri Quoted in PLANADVISER on Texas Ruling that Blocks FTC’s Noncompete Rule

In light of last week’s ruling from a Texas federal judge to strike down the Federal Trade Commission’s ban on noncompete agreements, HNRK labor and employment partner Damian Cavaleri spoke with PLANADVISER to discuss the legal challenges for the FTC and what comes next.
