Damian Cavaleri Quoted in Reuters and Legal Dive on FTC’s Noncompete Ban

In light of the FTC’s ban on noncompete agreements announced earlier this week, partner Damian Cavaleri spoke with the media to discuss what the ban means for employers and the uphill battle the FTC will likely face to enforce the ban. Damian noted that “it’s likely the 5^th Circuit will create a split and it will go up to the Supreme Court.”  Read the Reuters article here and Legal Dive here.
