Amory McAndrew spoke with Law360 about legal considerations surrounding to the four proposals from 2021 to amend the wage and labor landscape in the United States. The four proposals included the 32-hour workweek, paying those who work while incarcerated, the Paycheck Fairness Act, and the Flexibility for Working Families Act.
