Damian Cavaleri Provides Insights on Supreme Court Ruling in Religious School Employment Discrimination Case

The Supreme Court ruled in favor of religious schools in Our Lady of Guadalupe School v. Morrissey-Berru and St. James Catholic School v. Biel, stating that the so-called ministerial exception prevents two Catholic school teachers from bringing employment discrimination lawsuits against the schools that declined to renew their contracts.
