New York’s New & Upcoming Paid Nursing and Pregnancy Protections

New York recently enacted and implemented laws requiring accommodations for pregnant and nursing employees. Additional guidance is expected from the state prior to the January 1, 2025 effective date for one of these laws, and certain questions remain unanswered.
