Partners Damian Cavaleri and Helene Hechtkopf Named to 2022 Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under Hot List
New York, NY—July 27, 2022—Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, LLP partners Damian Cavaleri and Helene Hechtkopf have been recognized on Benchmark Litigation’s 2022 40 & Under Hot List. The annual ranking highlights the nation’s most notable up and coming litigation attorneys in the United States based on extensive client and peer feedback.
Damian has more than a decade of experience litigating and arbitrating a wide range of employment-related and commercial disputes. He regularly advises both employers and employees on novel legal issues, with a focus on helping clients navigate restrictive covenants and their enforcement where necessary. This is the fourth consecutive year he’s been named to the 40 & Under Hot List, and he was named an Employment Law Trailblazer by The National Law Journal in 2020.
Helene focuses her practice on a wide range of litigation, including commercial, employment, and construction. She has represented public and private entities from the start of a case through trial, including first chairing both bench and jury trials, and appeals in both New York State and federal court. Helene was recently named a Rising Star by The New York Law Journal and a Woman Worth Watching by Profiles in Diversity Journal.
