$300 Million Security Technology Contract Litigation

HNRK defended the MTA against, and litigated counterclaims, in a litigation with Lockheed Martin Corp. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, involving a breach of a $300 million security technology contract for the New York City Subway System. The district court is expected to issue its decision following a bench trial at any time.
