Brad Nash Quoted in Law360 Insurance Authority on National Union Fire Ins. Co. v. RealPage Inc.

HNRK insurance recovery partner Brad Nash spoke with Law360 Insurance Authority to discuss the recent decision in National Union Fire Insurance Co of Pittsburgh PA v. RealPage Inc., concerning insurance coverage for losses arising from a phishing scheme. A federal judge in the Northern District of Texas ruled that an AIG unit is not entitled to recoup, under the policy’s Allocation of Recovery Provision, funds RealPage recovered from the fraudsters to the extent those funds are properly allocable to losses that are not covered under the policy.
