HNRK Secures Preliminary Injunction on Advancement of Defense Costs for Ozy Media CEO Carlos Watson 

Last week, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California granted a preliminary injunction in a closely watched D&O coverage case, Clear Blue Specialty Insurance Co. v. Ozy Media, Inc. et al.  The injunction directs the insurer to advance the defense costs of Ozy Media CEO, Carlos Watson, in connection with a securities fraud prosecution in the Eastern District of New York.
