Bradley Nash Mentioned in Bloomberg Law on D&O Filing for Ozy Media’s CEO Carlos Watson 

In a filing yesterday in high-profile D&O coverage case on behalf of Ozy Media and its CEO Carlos Watson, HNRK insurance recovery partner Bradley Nash asked a federal judge in the Northern District of California to compel Ozy’s D&O insurer, Clear Blue Specialty Insurance Company, to advance Mr. Watson’s defense costs, after his indictment and arrest last week.
