HNRK Secures Dismissal of Proposed Class Action Against MTA, NYC Transit and LIRR

HNRK won dismissal of a lawsuit brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act against the MTA, NYC Transit and the LIRR, in which plaintiffs sought an injunction directing defendants to design and construct barriers between the platform edges and trains.
