Partner Damian Cavaleri Named to Benchmark Litigation’s 40 & Under Hot List
New York, NY—August 1, 2019—Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, LLP partner Damian Cavaleri has been recognized on Benchmark Litigation’s 2019 40 & Under Hot List. The annual ranking highlights the nation’s most notable up and coming litigation attorneys in the United States based on extensive client and peer feedback.
Damian has experience litigating and arbitrating a wide range of business and employment-related disputes. He regularly handles all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. Recently, as lead trial counsel, Damian won a multimillion-dollar jury verdict against Mastercard International on behalf of a Jordanian financial services firm, and successfully defended one of New York’s largest medical centers against numerous employment discrimination claims in a six-week trial before the notoriously employee-friendly New York Supreme Court, Bronx County, among other matters.
