Michelle Fong

Michelle Fong is a law clerk with expertise in commercial and intellectual property matters. Prior to joining Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney in 2024, Michelle completed internships with the United Nations Counter-Terrorism Committee, the New York State Attorney General Litigation Bureau, and the Brennan Center for Justice (NYU School of Law), where she worked on a variety of risk assessment, data privacy, and state agency matters. While studying at the Northeastern University School of Law, which she graduated in 2024, Michelle served as the legal officer for the university venture accelerator program and as the law clerk for Emerson College.
