Julian Brod represents businesses and individuals in commercial, employment and white collar matters at both the trial and appellate levels. In addition to his litigation practice, Julian counsels clients on sensitive workplace matters, including hiring and firing, retaliation, and compliance with anti-discrimination and wage and hour laws.

Julian received his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and his B.A. in English Language and Literature from Oxford University. Prior to joining the firm, Julian served as law clerk to the Hon. William V. Gallo of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and was also an associate at a firm in New York City.

Julian is a member of the labor and employment and federal courts committees of the New York County Lawyers’ Association. He is admitted to practice in New York State and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
